The Omani Ministry of Finance has issued a circular to refer all employees of State-Owned Entities (SOEs) who are over the age of 60 to retirement.
The financial circular – reported on by the Oman News Agency today – stated that the decision issued by the Council of Ministers came with the aim of accelerating the pace of employment and providing an opportunity to accommodate Omani jobseekers."
